WORK
Prestwood Elementary School, New Preschool
Sonoma, CA
The Prestwood Pre-School School project was a fast-track, new custom modular building with concrete foundations walks and ramps. The project consisted of adding one new 2,880 SF prefabricated permanent modular building to the existing campus. Site work, ADA, paving, re-grading, and drainage were also included in the project scope to accommodate the new modular building. Included in the Pre-School are a kitchen, work area with a washer and dryer, staff office, 2 children’s restroom, 1 staff restroom and storage.
Strata AP designed the building as a standalone operation within the current Prestwood elementary school campus with its own identity.
