The Markley Motors project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the existing automobile dealership with state-of-the-art information systems, sustainable materials, and renewable energy sources. The challenge was to work with the client and phase the work to ensure the business could stay in full operation during construction.

Strata AP was with the project from start to finish including programming, schematic design, construction documents, coordination with consulting engineers, and construction administration. Another key factor in this project was the review and approval process with American Honda to make sure the client met all manufacturers’ facility standards.
