Katanga Lifestyle Estate
Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Katanga Lifestyle Estate, is a pioneering sustainable, net-zero energy, mixed-use development powered by Hydrogen Fuel Cell technology, located in the City of Lubumbashi, one of Katanga Province’s major municipalities. The project spans 180 hectares, master-planned to integrate residential, commercial, environmental, and community-focused components in a self-contained, eco-friendly estate. Serving the mining industry.
Comprising 1200 Multifamily apartments , 10,000 sqm retail center, 100 cluster homes, 30 luxury villas and a 20 story condo tower of 100 units, surrounding a Crystal Lagoon and social infrastructure including a School and community center.
