Grgich Hills Estate
Rutherford, California
This project consists of the development of a comprehensive site master plan for Grgich Hills Estate Winery. The master plan includes the design and development of a new 10,000 sf. Hospitality and Events Center along with a 5,000 sf climatized barrel storage facility.
The Hospitality Center provides a private wine tasting room, custom culinary center and large event space with an outdoor area. The barrel storage facility was designed with a custom pre-engineered steel building system with precast concrete sills and door surrounds.
